I'm utterly shocked that BOTH of these made it to the next round. Where are all the people on ToL that blast any logo that's similar to the NHL's team logo? The Florida logo is their logo with a tiny stick added and that makes it, but any AHL team that is even similar to their NHL team gets brutally eliminated. I'm shocked on this one. And I mean, the three-quarter turned Senator sucks, and that comes from a Sens fan with a hat with that logo... maybe I'm just sour by our being shut out by the Leafs...
both of these are underwhelming. the laziness of the panthers logo is well documented, and the senators one is just a cartoon dude in a funny hat. might as well be elmer fudd with a mean look on his face.
cartoon dudes = good minor league logos, not NHL logos. even if it was a third jersey (and now primary).
i agree with both of you.
at the rate the sens are going, we will next see a frontal view of the senator cartoon...by 2012 we should see the other side of the cartoon...by 2015 a nice shot of the back of his head.
hey panthers, may i suggest, for your 'fourth' logo...a panther with skates, perhaps a helmet???
i refuse to vote on this one. oilers should win in the other bracket (simply because the flyers logo is NO different than the regular logo), and easily beat out this "competition".
as a panthers fan i was happy that the panthers got past the kings but now it seems its over the panthers culd have a sick third logo if they release third jerseys again hopefulyl they dont just go to the red again but ya this logo is a dissappointment.
