ReplyDeleteThe Whalers had everything, a simple centered logo which incorporates the H of Hartford, the W of Whalers and it has a whale fin.

ReplyDeleteI grew up in Connecticut, and my friends and I fantisized playing in the NHL as we deked, checked, and one-timed on myriad ponds, lakes, and ice rinks from Winsted to Olde Lyme. How many Carolina kids can say the same thing? They all want to be NASCAR drivers or college football stars. Nothing is wrong with either, but it's clear that Carolina is not a hockey state while Connecticut is!
