Flyers Jersey Leaked?

Flyers fans, you've been asking for it. I finally have potentially credible evidence of the new Rbk EDGE home jersey of the Philadelphia Flyers thanks to Adam. Behold!



I know we all just love those grainy cell phone pictures, but this is what I've got. Take it for what it's worth. If it is real, it's pretty sharp. You guys could do a lot worse. Comment away!

    I know in the E-Mail I didn't say much, but I think its sharp. And in the back ground that could be the possible away jersey. I really think its sharp, and leaves alot of ?'s for the Road jersey, and the Alt in 08.

    I miss the orange body of the uniform. I don't understand why so many teams went to black jerseys.

    It looks pretty real. You can see the paneling stripes in the photo, and if it is I like it. My only wish, like so many other Flyers fans, is that they went back to orange for the home body.

    I heard that this jersey is on the season tickets so they are apparently the real things. I like them, id buy one.

    I've often said that I wouldn't mind seeing something new out of the Flyers - an alternate logo or secondary logo or something new - but this jersey looks great.

    As a big Flyers fan, I am thrilled to see that they've done something simple, smart, and stylish. Instantly my favorite of the new jerseys (I am biased as hell, though).

    I'm especially thrilled that there are no idiotic front numbers.

    As part of the ticket package they included a leaflet with a picture of the new jersey. I saw they did the same in Minnesota. That picture IS the new jersey.

    How do you know there aren't any front numbers? The jersey doesn't have any numbers on it at all...

    its pretty much the flyers original jersey from 67...

    Changes:
    no white waist stripe
    Black body instead of orange ( expected)

    As of this morning (9/11/07 - a moment of silence please) the Flyers' offical website has the release date for the new jerseys this Friday, NOT on the 16th as indicated on the bar on the right.

    Already having a personalized Black jersey (at the time the 3rd jersey), I optioned for a road white with the same personalization - me. Afterall, while I will be a die-hard Flyer boy for life, I can never be traded!
