A metal sprocket/meteor/oil carrying ball of doom and gloom (the gloom being that it is hideous). I will say that I love the oilers uniforms that this logo appears on however. I couldn't have been happier when I heard a few years back about the new logo. I was so disappointed. The Oilers got their alternate logo right. It's fast, cool, and looked great on the best third jersey the NHL had.
